Slechtvalk recently finished recording their new album. The upcoming yet untitled album is recorded, mixed & mastered with Lasse Lammert at the LSD-Studio in Lübeck (Germany). With an expected release date of October/November. The band just reported the following:
‘Although the recordings were finished over a month a go, we still await the mix. In two weeks from now Lasse will start mixing the album and hopefully it’ll be finished around late June/early July. (Then we still need to wait on the artwork etc…)
We’re very excited for it and in the weekend before Lasse starts mixing, we’ll be visiting the studio to listen through all songs, because we can : )’
Slechtvalk‘s latest album “A Forlorn Throne” was released in the summer of 2010 through the German record label Whirlwind Records, and once and for all proved Slechtvalk’s dominance as one of the best Dutch Blackmetalacts, receiving excellent reviews throughout Europe.
