Power-metal band Iron Savior is confirmed as headliner for the first day of Brainstorm Festival. On Friday 7 November, the German band will close the mainstage. What can you expect from these guys? In one word: quality. After all, Iron Savior is one of the most experienced power-metal bands in Europe, and fans of Helloween, Judas Priest and Gamma Ray should definitely mark this show in their programguide.

A completely different band awaits us on Saturday afternoon. Heretoir plays melodic post-black-metal. The emotional voice of singer Eklatanz varies from subdued clean pieces to screaming outbursts. This diversity is also the musical basis of the band. The Germans cleverly build their songs from quiet pieces to fast blast beats. Never boring, always surprising. Moreover, Heretoir will bring a new album.

This year, Fabio Lione’s Dawn Of Victory will headline Brainstorm Festival. Furthermore, InnerWish, The Awakening (Friday mainstage, Saturday theaterstage), Iotunn, Within Silence, Never Obey Again and Sledeon are confirmed. Finally, the Italian band Alterium will play an acoustic show on the theaterstage and the band will provide spontaneous unplugged shows in the café on Saturday evening. The last bands will be announced in the near future.

Brainstorm Festival will be held on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 November at Podium Gigant in Apeldoorn. In addition to performances on the mainstage, special shows can be seen in the accompanying theater hall. The festival also offers space for an exhibition, a metalmarket, clinics, interviews and meet & greets.
