Draw The Parade from the Netherlands is added to the line up for the annual Christmas Rock Night. This year the two day winter-festival will be held December 6 & 7, as usual in “Haus Ennepetal”, Ennepetal, Germany. Other performing bands are: Fallstar & Disciple both from the US, more band’s to be announced.
From a group of musicians who hadn’t a slightest clue of what to do with their music it suddenly changed into a band with a goal. 6 men, who have been playing music for as long as they can remember, decided to start a band that goes by the name “Draw the Parade”. Together they bring back the days of the parade, the real ones that made dreams come to life to entertain people with their music and shows.
The best way to describe the sound of the parade is to call it: “parade-pop”; a mix of theatrical tunes, a smooth danceable base refined with catchy horns brought together in a swingy pop-song. But what they’re planning to do with their music is as clear as water. Entertaining everyone that joins the parade at their live shows and community. In ‘I Came Here To Dance’ the band’s latest single [music video can be seen below] they try to draw you away from your normal day live, which can be full of dissapointments and setbacks, to a joyeus world where you are allowed to be yourself for a moment and to let yourself go completely on the dancefloor. A world where you’re excepted completely and where big dreams can come true.

Christmas Rock Night has been very well known for many years in Europe, due to the unprecedented strong rock/metal-programming. A rising number of Dutchmen find their way to the festival. Ennepetal is located in the Ruhrgebied, two hours from Utrecht and about one hour of the border and so it is good to reach with the car.
