California’s hard hitting “gorship” outfit Impending Doom have signed a worldwide deal with eOne Music. “We’re very excited to start a new chapter in our career on a label who has proven to be a staple in the metal community,” says guitarist Corey Johnson. “We’re certain that with our new material, the touring plans we have on the horizon and having such a powerful label behind us there will be no stopping Impending Doom!”
Impending Doom will release their brand new full-length album entitled Baptized in Filth on March 13, 2012. The production helm was manned by Andreas Magnusson [The Black Dahlia Murder] and Machine [Protest The Hero, Lamb of God]. This is the bands fourth full length album. “We are proud to say that after many months of working on the new record – it’s finally done! This is by far our favorite material to date and we can’t wait to share it with everyone and hit the road! On March 13th 2012, the world will be Baptized In Filth!” says guitarist Cory Johnson.

Impending Doom is Brook Reeves on vocals, Cory Johnson on guitar, David Sittig on bass and Brandon “B-Town” Trahan on drums.
Impending Doom‘s third full-length album, There Will Be Violence, was released on July 20, 2010 via Facedown Records. The CD was recorded at Lambesis Studios with Daniel Castleman [As I Lay Dying, Winds Of Plahue, War Of Ages] and it features guest appearances by Tim Lambesis of As I Lay Dying and Vincent Bennett of The Acacia Strain.
