Phoenix, Arizona’s Blessthefall has released a new single, ‘Walk On Water’, on iTunes. The track is taken from the band’s forthcoming album, “To Those Left Behind”, due on September 18. Pre-orders are available now digitally on iTunes with exclusive bundle options at Merchnow, each pre-order including an instant download of both ‘Walk On Water’ and ‘Up In Flames’.
“This is one of my favorite songs on the album,” explains Blessthefall lead vocalist Beau Bokan. “It’s so impactful in every way. I think it’s also one of the deepest and most controversial songs, as far as lyrics. It will be interesting to see how people interpret our story”
Produced by Joey Sturgis (The Devil Wears Prada, Asking Alexandria, Of Mice & Men), “To Those Left Behind” is Blessthefall‘s fourth full-length and is the follow up to 2013’s “Hollow Bodies”, which landed at No. 15 on The Billboard 200. Alternative Press describes the new CD as “Blessthefall‘s best offering yet.”
One of the most respected frontrunners in the metalcore community,Blessthefall has spent years building a strong foundation and a legion of devoted fans throughout their impressive career of over a decade. Performing at their highest level of musicianship, the band took a giant leap forward with “To Those Left Behind” to create their proudest collection of pulverizing and sonically dynamic tracks.
