New details have been revealed about the previously reported concert video documenting Alter Bridge‘s appearance last year at Wembley Arena in the UK. Live at Wembley will be available March 26 as a CD, DVD and Blu-ray. In addition, a 3D version of the DVD is set for a summer release.
“The first four or five songs of any set are usually pretty nerve-wracking,” said guitarist Mark Tremonti in a statement. “Those are the tunes where we’re finding our footing and trying to get comfortable. But Wembley was different. Even with all of the cameras and the fact that we were filming and we couldn’t make any mistakes, it was fun right from the start.”
The career-spanning set list offers a variety of Alter Bridge’s songs including “Isolation,” “Ghosts of Days Gone By,” “Wonderful Life,” “Watch Over You,” “Broken Wings,” “Rise Today,” and “Open Your Eyes,” among others. A Deluxe Edition of the DVD is set to released as well, which includes a second bonus disc of additional content, a 60-minute documentary called “The Road to Wembley,” a photo gallery and 16-page souvenir booklet.
