California metal titans Impending Doom recently announced The Chaos Reborn Tour, running this winter in continuous support of their Baptized In Filth album, released earlier this year. Support will come from Thick As Blood, Fit For A King, The Browning, Hearts & Hands and labelmates This Or The Apocalypse. Dates and locations are listed below.
The Browning frontman Jonny McBee [picture] comments: “I can’t believe we are going on tour with Impending Doom, one of the most influential bands to me in my teens. Being direct support to them on tour is something I could never have even dreamed of happening”.
Baptized In Filth, the fourth full-length album from Impending Doom, sold 4,600 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 106 on The Billboard 200 chart.
Baptized In Filth was released on March 13. The CD was produced by Andreas Magnusson [The Black Dahlia Murder, The Famine] and was mixed by Machine, who has previously worked with Lamb Of God, Suicide Silence amd Demon Hunter, among others.
