Metalcore band Confessions Of A Traitor‘s new single ‘Still Haunted; is now available. Members of HolyName and Heal The Hurt guest on that cut. You can check out a Stephen Macconville-directed music video for the track below ahead of the May 16th arrival of the band’s new album, “This Pain Will Serve You” on Facedown Records.
Recording sessions for it were co-produced by the band and Justin Hill (SikTh, Heart Of A Coward). Lance Prenc (Alpha Wolf, Polaris) mixed it. Vocalist Stephen MacConville said of this new single:
“The song tells the story of my best friend and how he’s struggled with the loss of his partner to suicide. He holds the memories of their relationship so dear. He is haunted by things he could have done differently to prevent her from the path she chose. Dwelling in a limbo where he simply cannot move on from her, falling deeper into sadness as he is surrounded by all of her possessions.”
