Roxx Records is happy to announce our next release from US metal bands AltarFyre.
Altarfyre was formed in late 2018 by Dave Kruse and Aaron Whertley. Both members have roots in old school thrash metal, having cut their teeth on the metal of the 80’s. The name of the band came to Dave, as he had envisioned an album cover depicting an altar of fire befor the Lord, and simply changing the i in fire to a y. Altarfyre was established to create heavy music that both glorifies God, and gives hope to the listener.
The band’s goals and mission, are to use their talents to reach the lost for Christ through their music, and to be a staple in the Christian metal arena. The band consists of Aaron Whertley (guitars/drum programming), and Dave Kruse (vocals). Dave‘s past bands include Fighting Blind, and RIZIN. The guys are hard at work on their debut EP “Wings Of The Everlasting”, set to release in early 2021.
