Christian: “Good evening everybody! Sweden calling! Tomorrow Christian Liljegren will enter the studio to record lead vocals for Golden Resurrection 3rd studio album. Check out his new video. Thank you in advance for your support and prayers for the band and join Golden Resurrection on Facebook for more updates and news.”
Golden Resurrection released their second album Man With A Mission on October 27, 2011, exactly a year after their debut Glory To My King. Read our review here.
In 2008 Christian Liljegren joined forces with Tommy Johansson, a 20-year-old super-talented vocalist and guitar hero. Both shared a big passion for melodic neoclassical metal and Golden Resurrection was born.
Musically they offer Swedish melodic neoclassical metal in the vein of ReinXeed. Golden Resurrection was formed in 2008 by Christian Liljegren and twenty year old guitarist Tommy Johansson (ReinXeed). The line-up was completed by Stefan Käck (bass), Rickard Gustafsson from Pantokrator (drums) and Olov Andersson from Audiovision on keyboards.
Currently Golden Resurrection is writing songs for their upcoming album. Releasedate unknown yet. We keep you posted.
