A Sight to See are an unsigned five piece Christian metal outfit based out of Amarillo, Texas. Last month the band dropped a five-track EP titled “The Arrival.” Earlier this month they dropped a music video for the title track off the EP.
They describes themselves as: a Christian Metalcore band from Amarillo, Texas who has grown together through Gods grace and love. Our goal is the save the lives of the broken. We are in a ministry where everybody needs help, no one is perfect and we are not ashamed to say that we are just humans with soft hearts. We just want to help someone get through the day by talking to them or just by them listening to our music. As brothers and sisters we just want to love each other and meet new people and create a bond to do whats right helping one another on this journey we call life.
The first track of the EP “Resurrection” starts with a mixture of orchestral and vocal sound followed by drums an guitar. “Rebel” and “Inevitable” open with drums and a firm scream of Patrick and after that Moses and Chad playing separate guitar riffs blending nice together. The title song “the Arrival” is a mixture of orchestral sound with great drum patterns and growling vocals, and a very melodic chorus and again two guitars teaming up. The album closes with “Replicate”. This is where Ryan Kirby (Fit for a King) comes in. For me the best track on the EP.
All in all a very good metal core sounding EP from these guys.
