Canadian hardcore institution Comeback Kid have a pair of anniversaries to celebrate in 2025. Outside of next year being their 25th as a band, it also marks the 20th anniversary of their career-defining sophomore album, “Wake The Dead“.

The title track of that album remains the band’s definitive song, having garnered the most streams from their catalog on digital service providers by a landslide. In honor of the record’s anniversary, the group will be performing it in its entirety for the first time ever.

That show will be held at the Burton Cummings Theatre in their hometown of Winnipeg, MB on February 22nd. The band collectively stated“We are ecstatic to announce our 20 Year Anniversary show for ‘Wake The Dead‘ this February. This will be our first time ever playing inside the Burton Cummings Theater in Winnipeg and is poised to be the biggest headlining show of our career. We will be playing ‘Wake The Dead‘ in its entirety, alongside some of our favourites from our other albums. Come celebrate 20 years of an album that changed our lives, and 25 years of CBK with us!”
