Minneapolis-based hardcore band See The Rise has signed a label and distribution deal with Voluminous Records. The band’s highly anticipated full-length album “Exposures” will be released nationally June 30th.
“We are very excited to have See The Rise join the Voluminous family,” said David C. Coleman, President of Voluminous Records. “We’ve been courting the band for about two years now and have been highly impressed by the quality of their art, the content of their character and their ability to self-promote. They are a perfect fit for our label and business model.”
Although new to a national audience, the band’s reputation in their home state of Minnesota and surrounding areas is well-known. Rawkzilla Magazine‘s David Hitchcock states, “See The Rise always brings a high energy performance, great music, and a great message.” David Novak, owner of the North Star Room venue adds that the band is “the most respectful heart-filled band I’ve ever had play here. They bring a great crowd and put on an unforgettable show.” And Emily Eveland of City Pages dubs the band “one of the top 10” bands in Minnesota and “a great match for a Warped Tour crowd.”
The band consist of: Joshy Meyers – Vocals, Brian Elliott – Vocals/Guitar, Jason Law – Guitar, Andy Davis – Bass – Kyle Zahorsk – Drums.
