P.O.D has released a new lyric video for Murdered Love, the explosive title track from its forthcoming new studio album. The new song is another look into Murdered Love [Razor & Tie], P.O.D‘s first new album in four years set for release on July 10th 2012. The album is available now for pre-order now on iTunes. Earlier this week, P.O.D also filmed an official music video for Murdered Love with Ramon Boutisveth [All That Remains, For Today, Trivium] in their hometown of San Diego, California.
P.O.D‘s first single, “Lost In Forever,” has skyrocketed up the radio charts spending 4 weeks at #1 at Christian Rock Radio and jumping to #12* on Active Rock Radio this week.

Murdered Love is P.O.D‘s long-awaited follow-up to When Angels & Serpents Dance. Murdered Love sees the band reunited with long-time producer Howard Benson who also produced the band’s massive Satellite album alongside hit albums for Kelly Clarkson, Theory Of A Deadman, Daughtry, and My Chemical Romance.
The CD cover and packaging was illustrated and designed by Invisible Creature, whose previous credits include the Foo Fighters, Norma Jean, Chris Cornell and many more.

P.O.D will join the third annual Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival this summer alongside multiplatinum rock bands Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind and Papa Roach. The tour kicks off on August 18th in Kansas City, MO and wraps on September 30th in Albuquerque, NM [full tour dates below].
