.’I wrote this song several years ago, and have changed the lyrics several times. It was amazing to hear it transform after Timo got a hold of it and made it so heavy. This is one of the more progressive songs on the album. The lyrical theme has to do with lost civilizations such as Pompeii, Atlantis, and many others that have been either destroyed or suddenly submerged underwater. As usual, I like to contrast things of the past with the present, so I am inspired by the metaphorical implications in our modern society as well. I hope you enjoy this track!’
