One of the greatest names in the Brazilian extreme metal scene is back, Serenade In Darkness. The band was formed in 2000. An self-titled demo EP was released in 2003. In 2007 they split-up. Last Sunday (May 25th) Serenade In Darkness played their come-back show at GolgotaFest. Curitiba, Brasil. The band played all the songs from the demo EP, plus the covers ‘Fader Vaar’ (Vaakevandring) and ‘Kongsblod’ (Antestor). Fan-filmed footage can be seen below.
The current line-up is : Hosenan – vocals (Khalisys, ex – Distarnish), Giovana – vocals, Pipe – guitar and backing vocals (Desertor), Jeanine – keyboard and backing vocals, Andrew – guitar, Jonas – bass and Roger – drums.
