Dutch based melodic hardrock band After The Silence recently reported the following:
With regret we have to announce that Hans has left our band. Hans has to travel abroad for his profession increasingly, so he can no longer combine his work and the band. We thank Hans for his efforts over the past months and we wish him every success in the future.
This means that ATS is again looking for a KEYBOARDIST (man/female)!
So…you know that we play own written songs, no covers. Melodic hardrock/metal.
All band members collaborate on songwriting, so our musical influences are quite diverse.
Band rehearsal every Friday evening at Hi Gain Guitars in Houten (Utrecht). A large storage cabinet is present, so you don’t have to carry around your equipment every week.
We are experienced musicians, but for candidates we think that commitment, motivation and relaxed atmosphere is more important than experience.

After The Silence (founded in 2000, but as a 6 member band actually in active service on several stages since 2002) brings melodic hardrock with sympho / progressive / classic Rock influences, and among others even a little part of Gothic, although the music of After The Silence doesn’t contain classical voices and the singer doesn’t wear black dresses at all. In fact the music of After The Silence contains so many different styles, so their music can’t be reduced to one single musical style. That’s why the music probably speaks up to many people from different population groups and different ages.
“Tower Of Souls” (demo) was released in 2010 as an independent releasese.
