The Dutch band Battled has been confirmed for the upcoming Brainstorm Festival. The gentlemen and lady replace the band Never Obey Again, who informed us that they would not be able to attend. With this change we retain an attractive opening-act on Friday-evening.

Battled is making serious progress. The basis of the band is pop-punk, but – especially live – the band occasionally adds a nice metal edge to their music. Moreover, the vocals are often reminiscent of Lacey Sturm (Flyleaf). We have been keeping an eye on the band for some time and are pleased to welcome them to this year’s Brainstorm Festival.

This year Fabio Lione’s Dawn Of Victory will headline Brainstorm Festival. Furthermore, InnerWish, Iron Savior, The Awakening (Friday mainstage, Saturday theaterstage), Iotunn, Within Silence, Heretoir, Alterium, Battled and Sledeon have been confirmed.

Ticket sales are going very well. More than 70 percent of the tickets have now been sold!

Brainstorm Festival will be held on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 November at Podium Gigant in Apeldoorn. In addition to performances on the mainstage, special shows can be seen in the accompanying theater hall. The festival also offers space for an exhibition, a metalmarket, clinics, interviews and meet & greets.
