Italian folk metal band Aexylium continues the promotion of their latest album “Myth of Mankind” with the release of a brand-new drum playthrough video for the track ‘The Queen’.
Opening with a thunderous drum intro, “The Queen” sets the tone for one of the most explosive and high-energy moments of the album. The track blends fast-paced riffs, driving rhythms and the interplay of dual vocals delivering a wild and unrelenting rush of folk-infused metal. It stands as a perfect showcase of the band’s ability to merge modern heaviness with traditional melodic elements.
The playthrough video highlights the dynamic drumming of Alberto Mezzanotte (ex-Frozen Crown, Nekomata, Apple Sauce), whose precision, speed and creative arrangements give the song its pulse and relentless energy. Through this performance, fans can dive deeper into the rhythmic backbone that powers “The Queen” and gain insight into the band’s instrumental craftsmanship.
Playthrough video filmed, recorded and edited by Davide Tavecchia at Twilight Studio
