Birmingham’s death metal band Hærken are proud to announce their début album… “…Of Warriors & Kings”. Furthermore, lead track ‘The Eve Of Bealltainn’ will be made available as a free download from the band’s new web store on Wednesday 30th April 2014. This is a particularly relevant date – ‘Bealltainn’ being an ancient Gælic and Celtic festival celebrated on May Day.
A missive from Hærken; “Hærk, a boon cometh nigh! Prithee, noble folk, keep thine observed eye on yon scriptures at haerken.com – for thither our largesse shall be bestowed upon thee, as we celebrate on The Eve Of Bealltainn!”
The record itself is expected on Tuesday 24th June 2014 – again a particularly relevant date, being the 700th anniversary of the Battle of Bannockburn – and will include the following tracks…
