‘Trino’ To Release ‘Anti-Besta’ On April 8

The Brazilian Thrash/Core band Trino is working on the last details of their comeback album. The collection of remakes is called Anti-Besta. The last two songs were mixed and what now follows is the pressing of the material.

The album will be officially launched on April 8 during the presentation of the band at Metanoia Fest. This is the first cd with Fabio Kiefer (drummer and band founder) since 2006, because he did not record the digital album Evora (released in 2011, available only on internet. With a formation led by former vocalist and guitarist Tom Chagas.

Formed 1992/1993 by Fábio Kiefer (actual Puritan’s drummer) and some friendsitória (in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo) in the city of V, the band released the demos Trino (1995), Bahal is Dead (1997) with a primitive formation. In the year of 1998 happens the entry of Tom Chagas on the vocals and guitars. In the same year occurs the release of a new demo, called Suffocated Breed, that anticipated the full cd release Suffocated Breed with 8 tracks (2 songs were taken from the demo). More than a new life (2001), Oposição (2003) (first album completely in portuguese), 10 anos (Compilation released in 2003 with 3 new tracks and 2 re-recorded) and his greatest masterpiece, 666 Corporation (2006).

In 2008 Fabio decides to quit the band and Tom moved to Sao Paulo and with a new line – up recorded and released (digital only) the album Evora in a direction completely Thrash Metal. But in 2010 the band ended.

In 2011 Fabio Kiefer resolved to raise the band with a new line – up (without the collaboration of Tom Chagas who still lives in Sao Paulo) and is already in studio to make new versions to the greatest classics from the band. The album will be released in 2012 during the Metanoia Fest and will have the title of Anti-Besta.

Bruno Max – bass
Barella – guitars

The other guitarist and the vocalist have not been revealed yet.
