Prog/Power Metal band Metatrone recently unveiled their new single ‘Fiumi In Piena’, taken from their new album expected for Autumn 2022.
This is the second single with new singer Daniel Barbagallo, following ‘Amore Traverso’ released in 2021. ‘Fiumi In Piena’ was mixed by Luigi Scuderi (Tower Hill Studios) and mastered by Jacob Hansen and features Mattia Stancioiu (Labyrinth and Vision Divine legendary drummer) as special guest.
The band explains further: “This is a song that talks about the energy that comes out of inspiration and the desire to create music, sounds and words of an inextinguishable vital force that saves our lives. This song is full of new ideas, thanks also to Alessandro‘s contribution to the bass section and to the extraordinary participation of Mattia Stancioiu on the drums”. “And now, alongside with our new drummer Simone Alberti, we are in full immersion for the realization of the new album! As a proof that metal never dies, we are alive and damned against the tide”
The new album will see Metatrone with a renewed lineup. Alongside the new singer Daniel Barbagallo, introduced with ‘Amore Traverso’ (2021), the new band members are Alessandro Palazzo (Bass) and Simone Alberti (Drums) which replace Dino Fiorenza and Salvo Grasso respectively.
