Circle of Dust recently returned after nearly 20 years, the 90s industrial / electronic-rock project created by visionary artist/producer Klayton is back in the scene. The self-titled album (originally released in 1992) is re-released March 4. On what dates the other 4 albums will be reissued can be seen on the flyer below. Klayton recently reported the following:
“Whether you’re a lifer or have been recently awakened to the world of Circle of Dust, the time for YOU to show up in the official Circle of Dust Fan-Video “Spread the Contagion”!”
“The deadline is April 10th, so get filming while you can! Film yourself singing the lyrics! Film your FRIENDS singing the lyrics! Film something cool around your house or go somewhere and record something crazy! We want to see what you can do.”
As Klayton began planning the remastering and re-release of the original albums, a new idea began to grow. He decided to not only re-release each album, but to fully resurrect the project and create a new full-length Circle of Dust album, to be released December 2016, nearly 20 years after the last Circle of Dust release.
