During the annual Brainstorm Fest [Nov. 2-3] progressive metal band Myrath from Tunesia will be joining in an interesting conversation in the theater of the Gigant about the Arabic Spring. what’s going on right now? what’s it like to be a metalfan in Tunesia? there are plenty of chances for you to ask questions!
Myrath [which means Legacy] was founded in 2001, and is a Metal band from Tunis-Tunisia, a small country well known for its resort areas on the Mediterranean coast but certainly not for its metal bands, yet in just few years what started out as a teenager cover band became a relatively well known and respected band by the international Prog-Power Metal community.
In the end of last year, Myrath toured through Europe, to support Orphaned Land on their European Tour The Tour To OR Shalem, along with French/Algerian/Moroccan oriental Metal band Arkan and French punk rockers ArtWeg.
