Favourite music & bands: I like heavy metal, thrash, hard rock and punk. I grew up listening to Saxon, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Sex Pistols, The Clash and Judas Priest. I can also be found listening to U2, John Lee Hooker and Iona (celtic). My favourite christian bands are Demon Hunter, Barren Cross, Bloodgood, Saint, Stryper and Rob Rock. One of my favourite albums is Demon Hunter “The Tryptych”.
Hobbies: Going to gigs, taking video and putting it on youtube. Going to the park with my kids.

Additional info:
I grew up on my parent’s farm in Lincolnshire,England where we raised cattle for beef. In 1986 I went to study Accountancy in the Steel City (Sheffield) and have stayed there ever since. Sheffield is the fourth largest city in the UK. I am married with two children.

UK scene:

I am involved in doing reviews and articles for Detonation webzine (run by Meltdown Music) and I am friends with the UK band, Back Pocket Prophet. I was delighted when they gave me a customised BPP t-shirt with my online name on the back, White Metal Man VII VII VII at the Meltdown conference in 2008.

UK tours:

Also my friend, Dougle McMysteron (Doog) helps to organise DIY tours for punk and metal bands coming to the UK. Dave Williams and Brian Bass at Meltdown also manage metal and rock bands, organise gigs and help book bands for Greenbelt festival.
