The Return Of A Legend ‘Trino’ Is Back

Great news  for those admirers of the Brazilian scene. One of the oldest (and best) bands are preparing their return Trino.

Formed 1992/1993 by Fábio Kiefer (actual Puritan’s drummer) and some friendsitória (in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo) in the city of V, the band released the demos Trino (1995), Bahal is Dead (1997) with a primitive formation. In the year of 1998 happens the entry of Tom Chagas on the vocals and guitars. In the same year occurs the release of a new demo, called Suffocated Breed, that anticipated the full cd release Suffocated Breed with 8 tracks (2 songs wer taken from the demo). More than a new life (2001), Oposição (2003) (first album completely in portuguese), 10 anos (Compilation released in 2003 with 3 new tracks and 2 re-recorded) and his greatest masterpiece, 666 Corporation (2006).

In 2008 Fabio decides to quit the band and Tom moved to Sao Paulo and with a new line – up recorded and released (digital only) the album Evora in a direction completely Thrash Metal. But in 2010 the band ended.

In 2011 Fabio Kiefer resolved to raise the band with a new line – up (without the collaboration of Tom Chagas who still lives in Sao Paulo) and is already in studio to make new versions to the greatest classics from the band. The album will be released in 2012 during the Metanoia Fest and will have the title of Anti-Besta.

The new line -up is
Fábio Kiefer – drums
Bruno Max – bass
Barella – guitars

The other guitarist and the vocalist have not been revealed yet.
