Thrash metal band from Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil The Prophecy with influences from Sepultura, Soulfly, Machine Head and Korsus, which makes it a sound that combines traditional and modern elements.
Their lyrics are filled with christian themes, based on their faith and convictions of the band members.
During its first 4 years the band initially was a power trio, with Marcelo Lessa, Marcelo Eduardo Angelo and Ignatowisck. With the changes in the years following, the band became a thrash metal band with four members (guitar, vocals, bass and drums). The band released a CD with 7 songs and a music video for ‘Second Death’, the video can be seen below. A new music video is in the making. On their soundcloud page, you can stream 4 songs.
