Two rock of rock music’s finest heavyweights are hitting the road together this summer. Skillet and Sevendust will embark on the co-headline “Victorious War” tour in August and September. Pop Evil will support, while Devour The Day will open the shows. The tour kicks off on August 11 in Memphis. All dates are below and tickets go on sale on Friday, April 26 at 10 a.m. local time.

Both Skillet and Sevendust will be offering presale VIP tickets with meet-and-greets to their respective fan clubs.

“We’re thrilled to be touring with Sevendust,” says Skillet frontman John Cooper. “The lineup is incredible and I think the fans will be very happy. We can’t wait to play our new songs on the tour and connect with the Panheads out on the road.” Skillet will perform songs from its new project, set to be announced on May 7, during this run. ‘Risen’ The New Music Video from Sevendust

Sevendust has released a music video for the next single from its 12th studio album, “All I See Is War”. ‘Risen’ is a live performance montage clip for the latest single that is impacting Active Rock radio. The video was filmed during the band’s recent show in London at the Brixton Academy. Dan Sturge, known for his work with Alter Bridge, directed the clip.

“All I See Is War” came out in May 2018. The follow-up to 2015’s “Kill The Flaw” was recorded at Studio Barbarosain Gotha, Florida with producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette, who has previously worked with Alter Bridge and Slash, among others. Continue reading »

Sevendust has released the official music video for song ‘Unforgiven’. The clip, which can be seen below, is set in a post-apocalyptic world created from an idea by director Scott Hansen presented to the band. The concept is the world is rebuilding and the youth will be the ones to keep mankind going long after the adults are no longer around, a message that has been shared throughout society for decades.

Vocalist Lajon Witherspoon said: “The ‘Unforgiven’ video was a great experience for me. I loved working with everyone on that shoot. It was like being in a movie for real and I hope we can do something like that again.”

‘Unforgiven’ is taken from Sevendust‘s latest studio album, “All I See Is War”, which was released in May via Rise Records. Continue reading »

Sevendust‘s Caleb Mallery-directed video for the song “Medicated” can be seen below. The track is taken from the band’s 12th studio album, “All I See Is War”, which is released yesterday.
