Stryper (aug. 2015)‘Let There Be Light’, a brand new song from Stryper, can be streamed below. The track is taken from the band’s new album, “Fallen”, which will be released worldwide on Friday, October 16 via Frontiers Records. The CD was tracked at SpiritHouse Recording Studios in Northampton, Massachusetts and will include a cover version of the Black Sabbath classic ‘After Forever’.

The cover artwork for “Fallen”, which also can be seen below, was designed by Stanis Decker, who worked with Stryper on 2013’s “No More Hell To Pay”. Stryper frontman Michael Sweet says: ‘We sent Stanis the concept about Lucifer being cast out of heaven and he sent us this amazing illustration, capturing the original idea perfectly. DC MillsAs previously reported, Vials of Wrath, the Christian-based black/ambient metal solo project of Dempsey “DC” Mills [picture] will re-release its debut EP “Let There Be Light” on July 23 via Black Metal Underground Records / Martyrdom Records. A promo song ‘The Shadow of Death’ was recently posted online,  the song can also be streamed below.

‘The Shadow of Death’ is a previously unreleased track from early VoW material in the blackened death metal style; included as a bonus track on “Let There Be Light”. The EP will be completely remastered and released as a limited edition of 50 copies. For those who may not have heard them, these early VoW songs are more in the “blackened death-metal” style than Seeking Refuge; for fans of Dissection, Dark Tranquillity or maybe even Dimmu Borgir.

Black Metal Underground Records / Martyrdom Records has offered to re-release the first Vials of Wrath EP in a limited edition of 50 copies.
