Killswitch Engage‘s “Alive Or Just Breathing” (Roadrunner) was released on May 21, 2002 and has since secured its reputation as a modern classic, as noted by its election to Decibel‘s elite Hall Of Fame canon. The record celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. The band, which released its most recent album, “Incarnate”, in March 2016, is commemorating the occasion with an 180-gram black vinyl version of the album that drops on May 12.

Fans can pre-order the vinyl here; there are 15-year anniversary merch bundles also on sale.

Killswitch Engage (2015)Killswitch Engage filmed a new music video for the song ‘Cut Me Loose’ on Thursday, September 8 in Utah’s world-famous Bonneville Salt Flats. Helming the clip is director Travis Shinn, who has previously worked with Motionless In White and Vimic, among others.

It has been released last Saturday, April 16th, on a ‘Record Store Day‘ 7″. The song is available for streaming in the video below. Frontman Jesse Leach says:

“‘Define Love‘ was written as my critique on our attempts as humans to limit love or restrict love. Whether it be political or religious agendas, love seems to be used as a way to manipulate people to think or act a certain way. Love is deeper than simple emotion or desire. It is an unexplainable spirit that defies our attempts to harness and understand it. True love, in my mind, is far greater than our feeble comprehension of it.
