Electronic-Rock artist/producer Celldweller is back with a new single, ‘Electric Eye.’ This drum & bass track, full of chugging guitar stabs, aggressive synths and intense/melodic vocal hooks, showcases Klayton’s (Celldweller/Circle Of Dust) inimitable multi-genre sound. The video can be seen below.

Klayton comments: “In recent months I have been wanting to find a break in my schedule to work on a new Drum & Bass inspired track. I wasn’t even sure it would end up becoming a Celldweller tune, but in this case it did. ‘Electric Eye’ was born from experiments with beats and a bass sample I made from my original 1973 Minimoog Model D Synth and evolved into a full blown Celldweller track. Phoenix New Times: On the [Decas] album, you guys cover Judas Priest‘s Electric Eye and HellionSlayer ‘s ultimate metal anthem War Ensemble, and Descendants, Coffee Mug. How did you choose the covers?

Jordan: The Judas Priest song was Phil‘s [Sgrosso, guitarist] idea, which was ultimately supported by the band.
