‘Maestah’ ‘The Desert Of Soul’ Guitar Play Through Video Posted Online

Maestah_LogoThe Prog Metal band Maestah from Curitiba (Paraná, Brazil) just released a guitar play through video, made by their guitar player, Lucas Santana. The chosen track was ‘The Desert Of Soul’, the second track of their self-titled debut album. The video can be seen below.

The video was filmed at Silent Music Studio, where the album was recorded also. Lucas used a 7-string Schecter, an Alien Monster Amp., a 2×12 box with Alien Hammer speakers and a microphone Shure SM57.

Alongside the video release, the group released a promo which will give an autographed CD to the winner. To entry the contest is very simple. Just share the following link and tag three friends.

It’s noteworthy that tagged people must like the band’s fan page. If not, the participant will be excluded from the contest. The deadline is June 8th, and the winner’s announcement will take place on band’s fan page at 21:00h (BRT).

Their self-titled debut album is released on March 7th. The album was recorded at Silent Music Studios in Curitiba and effectively exposes the main influences of the band, which are names like Symphony X, Dream Theater, Metallica, Pantera and Evergrey.
