Tourniquet co-founder and drummer Ted Kirkpatrick has released a cover of Jeff Beck‘s song ‘Led Boots.’ Kirckpatrick comments: “I always enjoyed playing this super funky tune from Jeff Beck‘s fantastic “Wired” album.

“Wired” is the third solo album by British guitarist Jeff Beck, released on Epic Records in 1976. An instrumental album, it peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard 200 and has been certified platinum by the RIAA.

Tourniquet‘s brand new album “Gazing at Medusa” is released on October 18 via Pathogenic Records. With ‘Gazing At Medusa’, Tourniquet is back in action. On the new album, the band went all out with on microphone singer Tim ‘Ripper’ Owens (Judas Priest / Iced Earth) and a guest role for singer Deen Castronovo (Journey).
