The first single off of For Today‘s mainman Mattie Montgomery‘s new speaking album “See the Storm” can be seen below. The album will be out August 20th and you can preorder it now.
For Today‘s EP/DVD “Prevailer”, has been released on April 2nd via Razor & Tie. The Prevailer DVD features a 90-plus minute film about the band from their humble beginnings to playing stages worldwide. Live footage was filmed from the band’s full summer spent on the 2012 Van’s Warped Tour, as well as from their 2012 Fight the Silence headline tour. The DVD also features all of the band’s official music videos [six in total]. The Prevailer DVD was directed by former Devil Wears Prada’s keyboardist James Baney.
Since the band formed in 2005, For Today has played over 1,100 shows on 4 continents in 19 countries. They are currently signed to Razor & Tie. They have released one EP Your Moment, Your Life, Your Time [Self-Released 2006] and four full-length albums: Ekklesia [Facedown Records, 2008], Portraits [Facedown Records, 2009], Breaker [Facedown Records, 2010].
