August Burns Red are currently out on tour, and it’s fitting that the stage is the centerpiece for their latest video, ‘Majoring in the Minors,’ which premiered exclusively at Loudwire. The video can be watched below.
Guitarist JB Brubaker states: “The live video for ‘Majoring in the Minors’ was shot over our six week North American spring tour with Between the Buried and Me. ‘MITM’ is one of our favorite songs to play off of “Found in Far Away Places” and our dude, Ray Duker, did a great job of capturing the live vibes of the song.”
As you can see in the clip, the band delivers an intense, energy-filled set with an incredible light show. But “Majoring in the Minors” also throws listeners a curveball with a catchy little country breakdown in the midst of the brutality.
August Burns Red are currently promoting their “Found in Far Away Places” album. The single ‘Identity’ was nominated for Best Metal Performance earlier this year, marking the band’s first Grammy nomination.” “Found In Far Away Places” has been released on June 30th 2015 through Fearless Records.
